Alkivo provides tools to add and organize properties and present listings on public websites. The administration panel manages account information, photos, offers and contacts.
2. Property information
Descriptions, images, measurements, prices and availability are supplied by those responsible for the listings. Before making a decision, confirm details and conditions directly with the contact shown on the property.
3. Account and security
Access to the panel uses a user registration. Protect your credentials and use the available security features, such as two-factor authentication and passkeys.
Creating a user does not automatically create a property account or subscription. Accounts, team members and billing are managed through their own panel workflows.
4. Service subscription
The available plan and subscription conditions are presented in the Alkivo billing workflow. Website publication follows the account’s public-access rules.
Confirm the price, trial duration and payment conditions when subscribing. This document does not add a refund guarantee or a new commercial benefit.
5. Contact about a property
Listings show the channels registered by the account or the person responsible for the property. These links may open a phone, email or an external messaging service.
Property negotiations take place directly with the indicated contact. Opening a contact link does not register a reservation or complete a property transaction on Alkivo.
6. Use and updates
Use the service responsibly and do not attempt to access other accounts or interfere with platform security.
